Sara Berger's experience includes: litigating First Amendment and other issues in district courts, the New Mexico Supreme Court and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals; teaching small business law as adjunct faculty at UNM’s Law School, and; providing state and local campaign finance expertise to national progressive nonprofit organizations.

Before graduating cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Sara studied and worked in public health, international development, and business. Her focus and passion is advocating for top notch mission-driven organizations in New Mexico and Oregon. A rare attorney with great people skills and humor, she has established herself as an indispensable backbone to progressive nonprofits, people and small businesses alike.
